The Medicare Rights Center (MRC), the not-for-profit agency that has brought you Medicare Interactive, offers counseling, education and hotline services to assure that the Medicare program meets the needs of its clients. MRC's Policy Department seeks to build upon the information gathered from people with Medicare and their families to analyze and recommend systemic policy changes to prevent such problems in the future. The scope of these activities is defined by the mission of MRC and its unique position in interacting with older and disabled Americans.
