Welcome to Medicare Interactive Pro (MI Pro), an online program designed to empower you to better help people navigate the Medicare system. MI Pro is from the Medicare Rights Center, the country’s largest independent source of Medicare information and advice.
MI Pro’s online training consists of 17 on-demand course sections. Successfully complete all 17 sections to earn your certificate as a Medicare Information Certified Specialist (MICS). This program will be useful training for future careers in fields like patient navigator, medical information, medical coding and billing, medical administration, financial and retirement planning, social work, human resources, and insurance sales.
Register for your account to begin your online Medicare studies. You will need to provide the registration code provided by your Aspire team at Eastern Gateway Community College.
